The sleek, 40-seat restaurant offers a variety of dishes, including Chilean sea bass, garlic-crusted chicken wings, and dessert tapioca. For added kick, consider Korean-spiced rack of lamb, pork loin with cilantro, or seared ahi tuna with hot mustard cream sauce.

NORTH BEACH. Long-lived Moose's, marked by a sign in the shape of its namesake, attracts an upscale crowd, who relish its social atmosphere and terrific cuisine. SOMA. XYZ, located inside the hip W Hotel, boasts a menu of multiple culinary influences, all of which conspire in such popular dishes as peppered ahi tuna, beef filet, or roasted chicken. Soups, salads, risottos, and pastas are also delectable, including a salad of spinach, grapes, and Stilton cheese. Among the dessert menu's delicacies are Key lime pie and triple chocolate terrine.
